概述
FT-AW-1xxxxx 系列数字隔离器产品是北亿纤通的产品，包含数百种型号。基于iDivider技术和成熟的标准半导体 CMOS 工艺，FT-AW-1xxxxx 系列数字隔离器具有出色的性能征和可靠性，整体性能优于光耦和基于其他原理的数字隔离器产品。
智能分压技术(iDivider技术)是北亿纤通的新一代数字隔离器技术。智能分压技术(iDivider技术)利用电容分压原理，在不需要调制和解调的情况下，实现电压信号跨越隔离介质精准传输。
北亿纤通数字隔离器 FT-AW-1xxxxx 系列产品传输通道间彼此独立，可实现多种传输方向的配置，可实现 1.5kV rms 到 5.0kV rms 隔离耐压等级和 DC 到 600Mbps 信号传输。该系列产品支持 3.0V 到5.5V 的工作电压，并支持 3.0V 到 5.5V 信号电平转换。当输入电源不供电或无输入信号，输出电源供电正常的情况下，隔离器输出默认电平。
